Il set FUNFLEX con ruota addominale è pensato per chi vuole un attrezzo semplice ma efficace per rafforzare gli addominali. La ruota è larga e solida, il che garantisce stabilità anche ai principianti che non hanno ancora molto equilibrio. Le impugnature antiscivolo rendono l’esercizio più sicuro, anche con le mani sudate. Usandolo con costanza si sente subito il lavoro sul core e sulla parte superiore del corpo. Nella confezione c’è anche un tappetino per le ginocchia, utile per rendere l’allenamento meno doloroso. Dopo diversi utilizzi si nota che il prodotto regge bene e non scricchiola, segno di buona qualità. Les poignées push-up soulagent les poignets et apportent de la stabilité. Les bandes de résistance sont utiles pour le renforcement musculaire, avec plusieurs niveaux de tension.
